Hey guys, I’m facing a dilemma right now.
I have been trying to lose weight but failed.
I’m planning a trip to Malacca on Saturday just to have Chicken Rice balls and nyonya food, talking about determination… hmph
Failed big time.
My friends have been telling me the same thing, “where got fat!!!” and I have been answering the same thing too “Yea right, I gained 4kgs ok.”
Now I’m open to all suggestions, tell me if there is any other more efficient ways to lose weight besides cutting down on meals (I’m working on it) and going to the gym ( Im planning to join True Fitness soon) FAST!
I need to get myself fit into my BEBE dress for my Birthday! It’s not a new dress I bought it when I was in the Satets and I dont think I can wear it anymore.
So
any secret weapons?
I need you to tell me HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT!

She’s quite fat (70kg) last time but before drinking Herbalife already slim down a bit so i can’t see any big changes bout her body shape now.
Should be no problem because her coach ask her to blend something from fruits and oat.
My classmates also drinking but i didn’t see any changes.
Natural way to slim down is best (:

i saw your last post tat u ate juz once a day,
do u eat alot when u got your meal?
if u do,
then try to change it.
i suggest u to devide your meal (once a day) to three or two portion.
so u eat juz a lil bit,
like when u have lunch, then u’ll have your dinner bout 6am, but your lunch n dinner juz a quarter or your meal or half ok tho,
so your meal had been devided,
give your tummy the space to digest (4hours usually)
coz when u got meal for once a day,
your tummy will got shocked n the digestion will got blocked,
if u felt hungry in the mo’ning then u can eat an apple (green) to prop your hunger prevent the possibility of eat too much when u have your brunch,

August 26, 2010 at 3:00 amThanks for ur suggestion Handiana. Im a huge fans of flour and potatoes =( not good for my health and diet. Will start cutting down eating rice, flour and potatoes. I usually eat a slide of bread and a cup of milo in the morning, lunch it’s either I skipped or I have a little bit of food then at night I have proper portion of food. I dont drink pops anymore I drink chinese tea everyday, I even brought my own chinese tea to work.

it’s worst when come to asian main nutrient like rice, potatoes, n flour.
u can also try oatmeal as replace, it’s rich of fiber.

a good way to maintain my weight as i really love to eat
the side effect for using herbalife is like what qiing said
skin getting better, can slim down,reshape,maintain….
improve my gastric ,constipation and migrain problem loh !! ^^
