A few readers of mine have suggested in Formspring that I should blog about my love story. Im not sure how I should begin with this entry, if I should blog about the beginning till now? Or if I should just summarize it? Hahaha.

It has been 5 years…5 good, sweet, memorable years.

OK, let us begins with how we met (This is the most common question I got from my friends and readers). I remembered it was a day before my birthday celebration, my friend invited him to my party and before that she introduced Jo to me cause they were in the same group. That was the first time we met even though we were in the same class for more than 2 months! My first impression of him was that he was tall, skinny and shy. Ever since then we started calling him JoJo.

O, yea. Right after my birthday bash in RUSH, we talked to each other quite often, we texted, we IMed and we even Skyped. I guess I knew he is the one for me. To be honest, I have never thought I would stay in one relationship for so long, 5 years is really long to me.

This picture was taken during the eve of my birthday. He invited me out for a drink. I remembered he said: “I wont let you stay at home and waste your birthday eve just like that.” We went to Star Hill with a few of my closest friends.

By the way, I looked like a fool back then, hahaha. I was really skinny, 45kg!

He has everything I always wanted in a guy. He is caring, sweet and TALL! Yes, like guys who are tall!!!  Height matters to me.

He confessed and I said, Yes. It’s just as easy as 1,2,3 =) I’ve never regretted saying Yes to this relationship.

Back then we were really skinny and young wtf.

We started our love journey together on the 24th of December.

We were just a normal young couple, we go to the movies, hung out with frens, had dinner and went shopping.

This simple life changed right after we moved to the States to continue our studies. The first year was horrible ’cause we had no transportation and staying together under one roof wasn’t easy. We fought over little things such as who was doing the dishes and cleaning the house. Yes, just like a married couple. Everything was so new to us, the environment, the culture, even the weather.

After a year, we decided to move out  to a quieter place outside of campus. We found a town house which was a perfect place for both of us. Things started to come together in a good way, we found our dream house and also a baby boy.

We named him Nacho.

To be honest, I miss the days back in the States. We had our own little place and our little baby boy. Although our place wasnt big but I loved the fact that I get to cook for him, we get to rent movies and watch them together at night, we got to walk Nacho around our place and also play fetch with him. Everything was just perfect back in the States.

I will just post up some pictures and captions to make this post more interesting, hahaha.

When I am with him I feel like I am the luckiest girl in the world. I know everyone feels the same when they are with their loved ones. I do hope that we get to experience the next stage together.

Right now we are both working really hard for our future; a brand new stage for me and him.
