Halo guys, JO and I went to check out our pre-wedding pictures a few weeks ago and had to spend another RM1k plus to buy extra photos!
Because we look too cute in all the pictures hahahhahaa
Most of the shots that we bought were taken in Japan!
Should have just brought my own photographer so I dont have to pay so much hahahhaha
We woke up at around 4am that day and headed over to the makeup artist’s place to get our hair and makeup done.
By the time we got ready, it was around 6am and it was already so bright in Japan!
Our first stop was Ueno park. Thank god Im quite thick skinned because a lot of tourists surrounded me when I posed. Some of them even asked to take pictures with me but my photographer said NO!
We weren’t supposed to take pictures during the shoot, I personally think because they didn’t us getting delayed. So our photographer was like, “faster take pictures now a because I want to go toilet!” He damn nice la he even offered to help us take Polaroid pictures hahhaa
Picture of Mr and Mrs Looi! OMG, sounds so cool be to called Mrs Looi lo!!!!
Thank god my hair stylist knows what I wanted even though I didn’t tell her beforehand. She gave me a more natural/fairy kinda look instead of those typical Malaysian brides’ look! I dont know how to explain because some of the brides right, they have this very complicated hair style one!!! U know those with feather, pearls or shimmers all over the hair one!!
Picture of me wearing my pair of riding boots underneath my gown and a pair of clip on earrings
My 2nd look with a lot of pretty Sakura!
Wore this pair of boots throughout the whole shoot hahahhaa
I loved the whole experience because I got to live the life of a model working outdoors, and also I learned how to use to the public toilet with my heavy gown. Hahaha I was “kung fu fighting” in the toilet ok!!
I have no tips for those who are planning to do their pre wedding shoot in overseas because different countries have different weather, environment, and local protocol ==”
Well, something difficult about doing our pre-wedding shoot in Japan was that they didn’t allow commercial shoots in the streets, malls, tourist attractions or even in the subway.
We got chased away a few times, so we had to be really really fast! If you’re shy then it’s really hard to take pictures when there are more than 100 ppl staring at you.
Thank god our photographer was very pro and he managed to capture a wide range of shots in a very short time frame, even with the police around trying to chase us away ==”
